For Suppliers - How to enable Auto Order (for Shopify users)?

Syncee's Auto Order solution allows us to automatically forward the orders paid by the retailer in Syncee and these orders will be sent to your store admin, where you can start fulfilling them.

Enabling Auto Order is a straightforward process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure you have the Syncee for Suppliers Shopify app installed

  2. Review your shipping preferences

    1. Log in to your Syncee account

    2. Go to your Shipping details under your My Listing menu

    3. Review and update your shipping preferences, to learn more about this topic check our related Help Center article

  3. Connect your payment provider

    1. Log in to your Syncee account

    2. Go to Order Settings under your Profile

    3. Enter your Billing Information

    4. Click on the Save Billing Information

    5. Set PayPal and/or Stripe up to receive payments

Your paid orders can be reached and managed from your Shopify store admin. For instance, fulfilling the order, tracking, etc.
