What is the Syncee Marketplace?

Find suppliers from all over the world and check their products in our Marketplace.

Syncee Marketplace is designed to help retailers choose products one-by-one or in bulk from our suppliers. Hundreds of reliable suppliers with short delivery times from all over the world are waiting for you to work together.

In this article, you can learn how to search for those items you wish to sell.

You have 2 options to import products from the Syncee Marketplace. The first option is to create a catalog by choosing the products one-by-one while the other option is to add a supplier’s products in bulk based on certain criteria.

Import products one-by-one

You can choose products from different suppliers and create catalogs by picking the products you like. This way, you could choose exactly which products you would like to upload to your store, however, it might be a tedious task to choose hundreds or thousands of products one-by-one.

First of all, please go to your Syncee account and choose the "Search Products" submenu under the "Marketplace" menu on the left:

There, you can search for the products and suppliers you wish to import from.

If you click to "Advanced search," you can make a more specific search.

Some of the suppliers require retailers to send an approval request before they import their products. In this case, you will be presented with the following notification:

In this case, you need to check the box to accept the requirements then click to the button "Send my request."

Once the supplier has approved you in their system, you can start the product import.

When you have found the products you sympathize with, you need to click to the green "Add catalog" button where you can create a new catalog and add a margin. Then, if you wish to add other products to this catalog, click to the "Add to ..." as you can see it in the animation below:

If you wish to create a new catalog for different types of products, please click to the white arrow and create a new one:

When you finished picking the products you like, you can check your catalog by clicking to "View all catalogs" on the right:

On this new page, you will see your catalogs created. If you click to the button "Sync" our app will upload the products in the catalog:

Alternatively, you can find the "Sync" button in the top right corner within each catalog:

Import products in bulk

If you wish to add more products to your store, you might not want to choose them one-by-one. In order to add products to your store in bulk, you just have to follow a couple quick steps to do so.

First of all, please choose "Find Suppliers" under "Marketplace" on the left:

There, search for the products and suppliers you wish to import from.

If you click to "Advanced search," you can make a more specific search.

When you have found the supplier you are looking for, please click to "View all products" to check their stock. (It can happen that a supplier has more catalogs in different languages. In this case, you will see "Show catalogs" and after that, need to click to "View all products.")

Here, you can click to "Preview product" if you like to see more info about an item.

Some of the suppliers require retailers to send them a request for their approval. To do so, you need to click to "Submit your request for usage" on the right. On the pop-up, click to "Send my request":

Once you have received approval from them, you will be able to create a catalog with their products; just click to the button "Use this supplier's products":

On the next window, you can name your catalog and modify the margin if needed:

When you click to "Add catalog," you will be automatically directed to "Product listing" in your new catalog.

There click to "Add group" and the plus to add a filtering rule. From the scroll-down menus, you can choose by what you wish to filter then set a condition. On the new pop-up window, click to "Yes, update filter" to apply the setting:

In your catalog, on the tab "Catalog pricing," it is possible to change the pricing rule if it is needed, you can decide if you wish to add a margin in % or a fixed amount:

Don't forget to click to "Save" to apply the changes.

Then go back to "My catalogs" and click to "Sync" to start to upload the products.:
