My retail partner sells my product at a different price than I recommended. What can I do?

Most retailers adhere to the recommended price margins set by the supplier at Syncee. However, it is not uncommon to find some retailers editing these margins and selling your products at different prices.

Retailers have the freedom to set their own prices for products they sell, whether on their websites or other platforms. As a supplier, you do not have direct control over the pricing strategies of these retailers. However if you prefer your products to be sold at your suggested retail price (SRP), the first step is to reach out to the retailer directly. A dialogue can often lead to a mutual understanding and potentially an agreement on adhering to the SRP.

If discussions with the retailer do not lead to the desired outcome and you are concerned about the impact of their pricing on your brand or market strategy, you have the option to reconsider your partnership with them. Should you decide that you no longer wish to work with retailers who do not follow your recommended pricing, you can reject these partners.
