Syncee is a virtual fulfillment service center application, providing the technical link between the suppliers and retailers and managing the product upload and updates for the online stores.

The products themselves and the shipping is handled by the suppliers directly.

This way, as the packing of the products is their responsibility too, they would use their own packages for the deliveries.

As for the products, in general, they are ready made and can not be customized.

We always suggest reaching out to the suppliers you wish to work with to discuss if they offer white labelling or customization options. By default, in Syncee, there is no such option but they can confirm if they have a solution for you.
