Syncee offers 2 solutions for uploading products to your store. If you change your mind about some products you added already, you could easily remove them from the Syncee catalog by following our guides below.

Search Products catalog

If you chose the products one-by-one

  1. Please click on your catalog:



  2. Check the box in front of the products you wish to delete:

  3. Click on Actions and select Remove:

Keep in mind that removing the products does not necessarily mean that they will be removed from your store as well. To learn how to do that, check out THIS article.

Find suppliers catalog

If you added the supplier's entire catalog

a) You wish to delete certain products one-by-one:

1. You can choose the products by SKU or ID. Please make sure you choose ' is not equals to' as a condition and you can select the SKUs from the drop-down list:

2. You can even start typing the SKU, and it will show up immediately.

3. Please don't forget to click on 'Apply filter' once you are done:

b) You wish to delete certain products in bulk:

1. It can happen that you wish to remove multiple products at a time. In this case, you have the option to filter by Category or Vendor as well. Please make sure that the condition is on 'is not equals to' and choose the values from the dropdown list:

Keep in mind that removing the products does not necessarily mean that they will be removed from your store as well. To learn how to do that, check out THIS article.

How to delete a whole catalog?

1. If you wish to delete a whole catalog, please click on the 3 dots next to the catalog:

2. Please click on 'Delete':

3. And confirm that you wish to delete the catalog:

The products will be removed from your store as well shortly.
