Why do the orders not show up under the Orders menu?

Fill your order settings to see your orders in Syncee

If you wish to have the orders shown in your Syncee account in the Orders menu, you will need to provide your Orders Billing Information and Orders Shipping Information.

In case you have not yet filled these out, when you go to the Orders menu and click on Synchronize, you will see a notification about the missing details.

To fill the necessary information, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Go to settings in the notification

  2. The Order Settings menu will open

  3. Fill the billing and shipping details

    1. Make sure you have provided every obligatory information and do not forget to click on the Save

If you need to change or check this information, you can reach this menu with the following steps:

  1. Click on your name - gear icon - in the bottom left corner

  2. Go to Profile

  3. Click on Order Settings

Please be noted, if you manage products from a dropshipper supplier, they will ship the product directly to your customer.

However, if you have products from a wholesaler, they will use this billing and shipping information you have given here.

In the case of suppliers who provide both, you could change their settings by following this article below:

Please ensure that you have provided your own information here and not one of your customers, even if you have products from dropshipper suppliers only.
