Syncee is a great tool to upload products in bulk from a supplier of your choosing. You can learn how to do that here.

Once you picked a supplier from Syncee Marketplace and added their products in bulk to a catalog you have several useful setting options.

You can also modify your product filter setting in your catalog, nevertheless, you might face a message saying that you have exceeded the limit for the filters in your catalog.

But what does this mean exactly?

We have the following fields in the filtering:

  1. Field type (Eg:. Title, SKU, Price, etc.)

  2. Condition (Eg:. Equals to, Contains, Less than, etc.)

  3. Value

In your catalog filters, these are the possible limitations that you might face:

  1. You have reached the maximum number of conditions allowed to set for a field type. (3 per field type)

    1. If you have already created 3 filters with different conditions for one field type, you would not be able to add a 4th filter condition.

  2. You cannot set more than 1 filter with the same pair of conditions.

    1. If you have a filter like "Title - is equals to", you could not add the same again, but you would need to add the values in the box next to the already existing filter.

  3. A maximum of 5 different field types can be used in a filter.

  4. You cannot set more than the allowed filter values for a field type. In some cases, if the "contains" and "not contains" conditions are added, you could add fewer values. (Please see the table below for the number of values)
