From time to time, Syncee offers a coupon discount for the subscription plans. These coupons are sent out via e-mails.
What should we do with the link that is in the e-mail?
First of all, click on the link in the mail. This should open up a new window, where you will see the following:
Here, click on the icon of the e-commerce platform where you have your store and log in to the store you wish to use the coupon for.
For example, if you have a Shopify store, click on the Shopify logo and log in to your store.
From the store’s admin, find the apps and login to Syncee there.
Now open the tab where you were first redirected to and click on Continue to Syncee.
This should take you to the subscription page. Choose your subscription(s), confirm the prices, and click on Change Subscription. The plans are set to monthly by default, you can change it to yearly by moving the slider to the right:
This should take you to your store’s admin where you need to approve the subscription. Once done, you will be taken back to Syncee to check your summary.
Please make sure not to close any tabs that are opened during the process to ensure that the coupon can be used for subscribing!
