This article shows how to solve the issue of receiving an error message while installing Syncee.

In case you use Chrome or any other type of browser and get an error message, please try to load the page from Firefox or refer to the troubleshooting steps explained in this article.

Upon opening the app, you might see an error message.

The site of BigCommerce blocks the pop-ups and redirects by default. In this case, you can allow it by following these easy steps from Chrome:


1. Please click on the lock icon at the left top corner and click on "Site settings."

2. Please find the "Pop-ups and redirects" option in the list and click on "Allow."
