When do you need the following information?

  • If you are looking for a supplier who is not listed in the Syncee Marketplace and you want to import their products with Syncee so your online store can always be up-to-date.

  • If you are a supplier and you want to be listed in the Marketplace, and you have or plan to create a product data feed file.

The feed file has to be always up-to-date.

The file can be in any formats like .CSV, .XML, .XLS(X), .JSON.

The data feed file has to contain:

  • SKU, Variant SKU

  • Barcode or Handle

  • Public Image URL (images via cloud-share sources like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. are NOT accepted)

  • Title

  • Price

  • Inventory Quantity

  • Description

  • Option Value 1

  • Option Value 2

... and other crucial information needed. (Option Value can stand, e.g. size or color)

Please note that every row means one product in the spreadsheet, and every column stands for only one piece of information, for example, the Description. If a product has more images, there have to be that amount of columns as images there are. For instance, have Image 1 and Image 2 columns OR separate the image URLs by a comma in the same column.

You can add your data feed file to Syncee using (S)FTP, secured URL, URL, Google Drive URL, Google Docs URL, Dropbox URL, OneDrive URL, or file upload. If you have an API or SOAP connection, contact our support staff.

Should you have any questions or need any assistance, let us know via the in-app chat or e-mail at support@syncee.co.
