In the e-mail, please include the domain of your store and attach an image of the fee you would like to be refunded.

If you want to get a refund and you are using Wix:

Please send us an e-mail to support@syncee.co with the following subject: Syncee - Wix app refund

Please include the following details:

  • Reason for refund:

  • Wix User ID:

  • Wix User email:

  • Invoice Number:

  • Wix Site URL:

  • Syncee UserID (found in Syncee Profile):


If you want to get a refund and you are using another e-commerce platform:
