If you want to get a refund and you are using Shopify:

Please send us an e-mail to support@syncee.co with the following subject: Syncee - Shopify app refund

In the e-mail, please include the domain of your store and attach an image of the fee you would like to be refunded.

If you want to get a refund and you are using another e-commerce platform:

Please turn to our support service with financial issues as you are paying directly to Syncee. You can do it by sending an email to the support@syncee.co address or via our in-app chat.
