Suppliers who join Syncee to sell their products to online merchants can enjoy highly customizable shipping settings on our platform.
In this article, you can read about setting up Shipping Zones, Flat Rate Shipping, and Weight/Price-based Shipping Conditions.
You can set where you ship your products, and how much you charge for the delivery based on your unique preferences. You need to add general information like zone name, shipping time, cost, and the countries you ship to.
You can either find these shipping settings:
in the middle of the onboarding, step-by-step process
within your account
under your My Listing menu, Shipping details tab.
Setting up shipping zones within your account
Log in to your Syncee account
Go to your My Listing menu, Shipping details tab
Click on the Add new zone button on the right-hand side
Alternatively you can modify your existing shipping zones by clicking on the Edit zone button
Add your unique Zone name
Provide your minimum and maximum shipping days
Select countries typing their names OR using the search bar
Add shipping Rates. It can be either a simple/flat rate shipping OR a weight- or price-based rate.
You need the switch to be set to the "Use Simple rates" option if you would like to add unified shipping rates no matter the contain of the order. If the switch button's color is blue, it means you are currently editing that option's details.
If you choose to work with weight or price-based rates, you can add different rates that will belong to this particular zone. You need the switch to be set to the "Use weight or price based rate" option. If the switch button's color is blue, it means you are currently editing that option's details. You will have to click on the blue Add rate button on the right-hand side to add new rates, for more details, please check our Help Center article about Weight and Price based shipping fees.
Keep in mind!
Be as specific as possible when creating new zones. For example, if you ship worldwide, please create at least 3 zones with the different shipping times you provide at each destination.
Add the conditions and ranges carefully so one condition would not belong to two separate rates.
You can also add an additional cost that will go to each extra item if more of the same product belongs to an order.
