A step-by-step guide to manage your subscription in Syncee.

In Syncee, one subscription consists of two solutions. These two solutions have unique packages. You can choose if you want a package from only one OR both solutions.

  • The "Syncee Marketplace" solution is for the retailers who want to select products one-by-one or in bulk from the listed suppliers in Syncee.

  • The "Syncee DataFeed Manager" solution is suitable for those who already have another supplier's DataFeed file but need help in setting everything and in uploading-updating products into their online store. This feature is available for Shopify, Shoprenter, and Jumpseller users currently.

If you want to select a plan, you can do it in a few steps:

First, you need to click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the page in your Syncee account.

After this, you need to click on the "Billing" menu:

It will redirect you to the page where you can manage your plans:

Do not forget to click on the Change Subscription button when you finish making the changes.

If you activate a new subscription plan, your previous subscription will end immediately and be replaced by the new one's charges.

It is essential to know: each store requires a separate subscription plan with us. So if you have two or more stores, you will need to subscribe to a Syncee subscription plan for each different store separately.

If you are using Shopify or Wix: Please turn to their support staff with financial issues.

If you are using another e-commerce platform: You are paying directly to Syncee, please turn to our support staff with financial issues.
